James is an experienced commercial writer and editor who has worked in a variety of media including online, print and audio-visual. He now specialises in designing and writing content for public sector organisations. He is used to working in an Agile development environment with visual designers, user researchers and service owners.
He designs and edits copy and content for:

- posters and screens
- bid & proposal documents
- guides and instruction manuals
He recently wrote the website content for Sopra Steria’s UK Visas and Citizenship Application Services (UKVCAS) website https://www.ukvcas.co.uk, and is currently designing the content for a Hertfordshire borough council’s digital service.
